Willow Physical Therapy is in network with many private insurance companies. When you call to schedule, we can help you find out if Willow PT is in network with your insurance company. We are in network with Blue Cross, Regence, St. Luke's Health Plan, and PacificSource. Once you are ready to schedule, consider contacting your insurance company to understand your physical therapy benefits. We will request a picture of your insurance card upon scheduling in order to verify your benefits as well.
